The All-in-One Platform
for Tattoo Artists
Run your bookings, your clients and your money from one place — and get found by people already looking for the work you do.
Built to bring you clients, not just organize the ones you have.
Everything You Need to Grow Your Business
Professional tools built for tattoo artists. Quick to set up, and easy to use every day after that.
Booking Links
Send a client a link that only shows the dates and times you've opened up. They pick a slot, and you can collect a deposit at the same time if you want one.
Custom Forms
Build your intake and consent forms once, then change them whenever your process changes. They work for conventions and flash events too — one form, one link, however you're taking work that weekend.
Lead Management & Automations
Every enquiry lands on one board, and the follow-up happens on its own — welcome emails, appointment reminders and check-ins, all by email. No potential client goes cold because nobody got back to them.
Multi-Artist Support
Add artists and shops on the Studio and Empire plans. Each artist gets their own booking page and calendar, and you set what they can see and do at each shop.
Client Portal
Your clients get one place to see their appointments, their forms and their tattoo ideas — and to message you directly, instead of it getting lost in your DMs.
Reporting
Pull the reports you actually need — money in, deposits taken, what's booked and what isn't. One snapshot that shows you what's being missed.
Inventory
Track your supplies down to the item — needles, ink, cartridges, aftercare. Set a reorder point and get told before you run out, and see what you're spending with each vendor.
Take Payments
Take card payments right through the platform — a deposit up front, the balance on the day. By default the service fee is added to the client's total, so your price stays your price. And giving people another way to pay means more of them book.
Built for professional tattoo artists — solo or studio
Built for tattoo. Not adapted to it.
General-purpose calendar software was never asked to tell a consult from a session. These are the parts of the job it does not know about, and the setting that handles each one.
How the work actually goes
The setting that handles it
A consultation runs half an hour. A session can run six. One daily limit cannot fairly govern both.
Separate daily caps. Tattoo appointments per day and consultations per day are counted independently, so a full session day never hides your consult slots.
Some weeks you will happily take a consult between two sessions. Some weeks you will not.
A consultation-overlap switch. Turn it on and a consult may sit inside a booked session or an outside commitment; leave it off and it may not.
A back piece is not one appointment. It is two or three days in a row, and the second day matters as much as the first.
Multi-day appointment types. A double or triple day books consecutive days as one appointment and checks every one of those days for conflicts.
A walk-in and a large custom piece do not deserve the same notice period or the same booking window.
Minimum notice and booking windows set per appointment type, with your artist-level default underneath for any type that does not set its own.
What you ask for up front depends on the work — and so does what it costs you when it falls through.
Deposits set per appointment type, flat or a percentage, with the no-show and late-cancellation fee configured alongside them.
When they don't show up
An empty chair costs you the day, not the appointment. Three things stand between a booking and that.
A deposit before the date is held
Require a deposit on any appointment type — a flat amount or a percentage — and the client pays it in the same booking flow, before the slot is confirmed. The booking fee appears as its own line before they pay, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Their card stays on file
When a client pays a deposit through your booking link and accepts your cancellation policy, their card is saved against that booking. You set the policy; they agree to it before the slot is theirs.
The fee you set, capped at what they agreed to
Mark the appointment a no-show or a late cancellation and charge the fee from the appointment itself. The amount can be lowered, never raised above what the client agreed to at booking. If the card declines, the client is emailed a payment link instead.
Payments run through Stripe · payouts go straight to your own Stripe account · card numbers are never stored here
Moving over without starting again
Nothing here asks you to begin with an empty calendar and an empty client list.
Connect Google Calendar once
Appointments booked here go out to it. Busy events on it block your booking link, so an outside commitment cannot be booked over. Delete an event in Google and the matching appointment is cancelled here.
Import the calendar you are already working from
The importer reads the events already on your connected calendar — including the ones another scheduling tool created — suggests an appointment type for each, matches or creates the client, and flags any whose timezone does not look right before you commit. Reminders are scheduled for everything you bring across.
Bring your client list from a spreadsheet
Upload a CSV, map your columns onto the fields you want, and preview the result before a single row is written. From then on, each client's ideas, forms, and appointments attach to that record.
Keep the DMs. Put your booking link in your bio and in your replies — the link carries your deposit, notice, and per-day rules, so the conversation stops having to be the calendar.
What your client actually does
Four screens, in this order. No download, and no account until they want one.
1. They open your link
In whatever browser is already on their phone
There is nothing to install and no account to make. They see a month, and inside it only the times that pass every rule you set.
2. They answer your questions
Your intake form, not a generic one
Placement, size, budget, reference photos, whatever you actually ask. Every field on the form is one you built; none of it is fixed in the software.
3. They pay the deposit
In the same flow, through Stripe
The deposit and the booking fee are shown as separate lines before they pay. The slot is reserved the moment they pick it and confirmed once the deposit lands.
4. They sign the consent form
Signature drawn on the screen, ID photographed
It is filled in before they sit down and stored on the appointment. Returning clients keep their answers, but the signature, the acknowledgements, and the ID photos are always taken fresh.
No account is required to book. Clients who want one get a free portal where their ideas, forms, and appointments live in one place.
What the first week looks like
We are not going to put a stopwatch on your setup. Here is the order it happens in instead.
Create your account and set your rules
Working hours, how many sessions and how many consultations you will take in a day, how much notice you need, how far ahead you will let anyone book, and what deposit each kind of appointment asks for.
Bring your calendar
Connect Google Calendar and import the appointments already sitting on it. Reminders are scheduled for each one you bring across, and your outside commitments start blocking your booking link straight away.
Bring your clients
Import your client list from a CSV and check the preview before anything is written. Their ideas, forms, and appointments attach to those records from then on.
Put the link in your bio
One public booking link, which only ever offers times that pass every rule you just set. Paste it wherever your clients already reach you.
Take the first booking
A client picks a time, fills in your intake form, pays the deposit, and signs your consent form before they sit down. It lands on your calendar as an appointment, and the deposit lands in your payments report.
And if it is not for you
There is no contract. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Pay monthly, or pay annually for the price of ten months.
