Building a custom integration or marketplace app against TattooBooking?

Public REST API — live OpenAPI spec at api.tattoobooking.com/v1/docs.
API keys — generate scoped keys in Settings → Developer.
Webhook signatures — outbound webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256. Verification examples in the API docs.

Response times

We respond to support emails within 24 hours during business days (Mon-Fri, US timezones). Urgent production issues are typically addressed within 4 hours. If your shop is down or you can't take bookings, mark your subject line URGENT and we'll prioritize it.
